GSA university partners must agree to undertake the following obligations:

• Provide international students with a full course of study each semester during the degree program

• Provide no more than one course per semester that is wholly on-line

• Maintain an educational affiliation with a healthcare provider meeting U.S. visa regulation standards

• Have an international students office qualified to issue student visas or cultural exchange visas
